🛒 Adobe Commerce rollout

Led a multi-million £ migration of Magento On-premise to Adobe Commerce Cloud across 35 markets in 18 months, boosting uptime to 99.9% and cutting costs by 30%. This included complex data migration and code consolidation rom 30 separate databases and codebases all to one org, improving the maintainability of the code and significantly reducing the downtime during planned releases and upgrades.

🤝 Salesforce CRM Launch for JLR

Spearheaded JLR’s first Salesforce CRM launch across India, Singapore, and Japan, securing expansion contracts for multiple new geographies. Going live in the first market within 4 months was unheard of in the CRM world, however with clever planning and liaising with Market and Business stakeholders, I provided a fool-proof plan to cutover and provide training across 26 centres in India within 3 weeks of UAT approval.

🚀 Transition-In to New Contracts

Transitioned a complex Track-&-Trace suite from third-party to in-house in 3 months, saving a Cash-in-Transit client £500k annually. Thereafter won a £3m engagement over 3 years to provide Software Development and maintenance services.

💰 Optimised Public Sector Delivery

Whilst working with a UK Public Sector client, I designed the Target Operating Model which reduced the Hypercare spend by 50%, simply by adopting weekly defect fixes and delivering “right first time”.

🌎 Global Delivery Management

Kickstarted a small team for Meteor (Irish telecom, part of Eircom Group) and, within a year, scaled it from 2 to 30 people, winning six multi-technology projects and transforming the client relationship into a strategic outsourced partnership.
