Adobe Commerce - Global Rollout
As the Platform Delivery Lead for Dyson Technologies, orchestrated a complex migration of 30+ markets (EMEA, APAC) hosted on legacy Magento eCommerce system, moving from on-premises/multi-codebase to one codebase on Adobe Commerce Cloud: collaborating with worldwide business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across 3 outsourced suppliers.
Salesforce - Global Rollout
Spearheaded the roll-out of the first Salesforce CRM for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), as the Delivery Manager, whilst managing stakeholder interactions across SEA to realise a common goal. Created the Strategy and Cutover and executed a pilot launch in India within a record 5 months
Telecom 4G live
As the Sr Project Manager for a UK-based Telecoms MVNO, successfully launched 4G, related price plans, Mobile Apps and other telecom-specific regulatory projects.
Do it "Right first time"
Engaged as the Sr Project Manager, to maintain the Recruitment System for the Ministry of Defence, I steered the tech-team to optimise performance, significantly improve user-experience, and deliver previously missed-out enhancements; by bringing a paradigm shift of delivering “Right First Time” to minimise the spiralling cost.

Transitioned a complex suite of Track-&-Trace applications developed over 3 years by a third-party vendor based out of Sweden, to my team in a record 3 months period, and within the agreed budget.
