Since Feb 2025, I've worked as a Program and Delivery Management consultant bringing structured business change to small and medium organisations — helping clients launch eCommerce portals and execute cloud transformation programs end to end: discovery, vendor selection, delivery governance and go-live.

I've also provided delivery and bid support to CloudSculpts on an SAP SuccessFactors RFP response — shaping the proposed delivery approach, governance model and resourcing plan for the engagement.
