I've spent my career in the room where the deadline is real, the stakeholders disagree, and the platform still has to go live. Dyson, Jaguar Land Rover, the FCA, Deloitte. Different industries, same job: turn the chaos into a plan people can execute. These days I'm folding AI into that playbook to get there faster.
The numbers
Programme that moved Dyson's stores from on-premises Magento to Adobe Commerce Cloud: 30+ markets in 18 months, 30+ fragmented codebases merged into one.
Dyson platform uptime after the migration, up from 95%, mostly by automating deployments.
Saved every year after we brought Loomis's Track-&-Trace suite in-house from its Swedish vendor. The handover took 3 months.
Consultants and developers at peak on the Dyson programme, across 5 cross-functional teams and 3 outsourced suppliers.
JLR's first Salesforce CRM, live across 28 centres in India within 5 months. JLR then awarded the follow-on rollout for Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Right now
Since Feb 2025 I've been consulting for small and medium businesses, the kind that need a proper delivery lead but not a permanent one. The work so far: eCommerce portal launches and cloud programs, run end to end from discovery through vendor selection to go-live.
I've also supported CloudSculpts on an SAP SuccessFactors RFP response: the delivery approach, governance model and resourcing plan behind their bid.

Ran the migration of Dyson's public-facing stores from on-premises Magento to Adobe Commerce Cloud: 30+ markets across EMEA and APAC, a £3.5m programme delivered in 18 months.
Outcome: uptime up from 95% to 99.9%, infra cost down 30%, response times 3× faster.

When COVID stalled the contract market, I built two brands instead of waiting it out: Palm Leaf, compostable party tableware, and I Create, art and craft supplies for student artists. Learned seller economics end to end, from product design to marketing, sales and dispatch. Both still trading.
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) · London, UK
Project-managed the Digital Regulatory Reporting proof-of-concept with the Bank of England and 8 UK banks, researching how to turn regulatory rules from natural English into machine-readable language. Also rolled out a new document management system on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to every FCA employee, replacing the legacy OpenText repository.

Post-launch hypercare for the Defence Recruitment System, with stakeholders across the Army, Navy and Air Force. Designed a new Target Operating Model and tightened the QA process. Hypercare came down from 12 months to 6, with no defects slipping to production.

Two engagements. For Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, project-managed the re-discovery of their replacement Salesforce CRM after the incumbent vendor had stalled for 18 months: 500+ user stories approved in 10 weeks, reporting weekly to the CEO and CFO.
For Nissan Global, managed the third-party supplier building the Nissan, Renault and Dacia web configurator on Adobe AEM, and ran defect triage for the Americas launch.
How I deliver
Multiple workstreams at different SDLC stages, run as one program. At Dyson that was 5 teams and 3 suppliers on a single release calendar.
Steering boards, escalations, C-level reporting. At GOSHCC that meant a weekly session with the client's CEO and CFO; at the FCA, a steering committee of two regulators and 8 banks.
Agile Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PRINCE2, MSP, Waterfall, and the hybrids most real programs end up needing.
Built teams from scratch more than once: Dyson's Magento DevOps team, and a 2-to-30 offshore team for Meteor Telecom.
AWS, Azure, Adobe Commerce Cloud. Took Dyson from on-premises to cloud in 18 months, including the data migration from 30+ markets into one database.
RAID logs that get read, cutover runbooks rehearsed before every go-live, ITIL-aligned change and release management.
